Apple Pork Chops
1 pork chop 1” thick, cubed
1 sweet apple, peeled and sliced
Pinch of pepper
¼ tsp. cinnamon
3 cups organic low-sodium chicken stock
1 tsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
Heat a medium pan and sauté onions until soft. Add pork and stir fry
until beginning to brown. Add apples, cinnamon, pepper and
chicken stock. Bring to a low boil and simmer covered for 25
minutes.
Separate liquid and place food into processor. Blend, adding liquid
little by little until a smooth texture is achieved.
