Pasta Puttenesca
4 oz. tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
¼ tsp. garlic powder
3 basil leaves, finely chopped
¼ tsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
¼ tsp. pepper
Small handful of spaghetti noodles broken in small pieces
3 cups water
In a pot, bring water to rumbling boil. Add pasta and cook for 12
minutes.
In a sauce pan, sauté onion until soft. Add tomato sauce, garlic
powder, basil, pepper and simmer.
Pop pasta and tomato sauce into a food processor and pulse until
smooth but still slightly chunky.
