Green Rice and Peas
1 tsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
Pinch of garlic powder
2 cup fresh spinach
1 cup Swiss chard
1 cup frozen peas, thawd
1 cup cooked rice
¼ cup organic low-sodium chicken stock
In a large pan sauté onion in olive oil until soft. Add spinach and
swiss chard. Continue until wilted. Add peas and chicken stock.
Cover and let stand for 2 minutes while chicken broth heats up.
Place all food and rice into a blender. Blend until the right
consistency is met. Add more boiled chicken stock if necessary.
