Corned Beef and Cabbage Stew
½ pound of corned beef brisket, cooked and sliced
2 cups organic low sodium chicken stock
1 cup water
½ tsp. black peppercorns
1 allspice berry
1 whole star anise dried
¼ head green cabbage
3 small new potatoes
1 bay leaf
Place all ingredients into a pot and simmer covered for 30 minutes.
Remove all spices and separate mixture from liquid. Pop food into
food processor and begin to blend adding liquid little by little
until the preferred consistency is achieved.
