Vitamins For Babies

It is very important you supply your baby with the right amount of vitamins every day in her food. Don't think since you're giving your baby vitamin supplements you don't have to worry about vitamin-rich foods because it's harder for the body to absorb vitamin supplements than through natural foods. Here are the necessary vitamins babies need, their benefits and foods they are found in.

Vitamin A ( betacarotene)
Benefits vision, growth, bone development and producing healthy skin
Found in leafy green veggies, liver, eggs, whole milk, orange veggies, yellow veggies and fruit.

Vitamin B1 (thiamin)
Benefits enzyme activity and absorption of nutrients
Found in oatmeal, enriched breads, rice, fish, pork, legumes, dairy, and nuts.

Vitamin B2 (riboflavin)
Helps absorption of nutrients.
